By staying at our hotel and using our services, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The hotelier has the right to refuse service to guests whose attire is indecent or sloppy, and whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate, intoxicated, or contrary to public decency and order.
Room occupancy :
Guests may not bring into their rooms any persons unknown to the hotelier or any visitors, unless authorized by the hotelier. Similarly, guests may not rent a room for more people than permitted by current regulations. Access to rooms: Upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed by the hotelier, guests may not demand to occupy their rooms before 4:00 PM. Overnight stays end at 11:00 AM, regardless of the guest's arrival time.
Disturbances and respect for other guests' peace and quiet :
Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. Any guest causing a disturbance or scandal of any kind will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without a refund.
For the sake of the hotel's tranquility, all noise must cease between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. To respect and ensure the peace and quiet of other guests, please refrain from slamming doors or making excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Similarly, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any noise disturbance caused by a person or animal under the guest's care may lead the hotelier to ask the guest to leave the premises without the need for acoustic measurements, provided the noise is such as to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests (Articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the French Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest. All commercial activity is strictly prohibited.
Responsibilities :
Children are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Minors unaccompanied by at least one parent are not permitted on the premises, unless written agreement is obtained between the parents and the hotel.
Pets accepted by the hotel are also the responsibility of the room guest. It is forbidden to leave them unattended in the room. Each pet will be charged €8 per day.
Any damage or disturbance caused intentionally or unintentionally by the guest, a person, or an animal under their responsibility will be charged at cost.
Prohibitions :
For safety reasons and out of respect for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, which sets forth the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in areas designated for collective use, smoking in the hotel will result in an additional charge of €50 and legal action.
Any false alarm triggered due to non-compliance with this regulation will be charged to you for the cost of technical interventions to restore the fire safety system to service, plus any compensation or refunds incurred as a result of the inconvenience.
Cooking in the guest rooms is also prohibited.
Video surveillance in common areas :
For the safety of property and people, the establishment is equipped with video surveillance and recording. Only cases permitted by law authorize the release of images. The hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations. All stays imply acceptance of the specific conditions and the hotel's internal regulations. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
Damaged or stolen items :
In accordance with hotel regulations, any stolen or damaged item may be charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.

If the guest fails to comply with any of these conditions: The hotelier will be obliged to ask the guest to leave the premises immediately, without any compensation.
Prices are in euros. They are per room, per night, inclusive of all taxes, excluding any additional tourist tax and, where applicable, any specific supplements.
A valid credit card number is required to confirm your reservation and guarantee it for arrivals after 6:00 p.m. An invalid credit card number will result in cancellation of the reservation.
A confirmation email will be sent to you for each reservation.
At 6:00 p.m., any reservation not guaranteed is automatically canceled.
To ensure maximum payment security, upon arrival, guests will be asked to present the credit card used for the reservation and the cardholder's ID.
The cardholder of the credit card used to make the reservation authorizes the hotel to pre-authorize the card with the bank holding the account for the total amount of the reservation.
All reservation cancellations must be made before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival; you will then receive a cancellation confirmation email.
In the event of a no-show and if cancellation is not received before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, the first night's stay will be charged and invoiced, and the remainder of the stay will be canceled.
In the event of partial cancellation of the stay, the guest must notify the hotel upon arrival.
For certain rate offers, special cancellation conditions may apply, modifying these general terms and conditions. For rate offers with non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable conditions, no refunds will be issued.
Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to identify themselves and their accompanying guests upon arrival and provide a bank guarantee.
Upon arrival, regardless of your payment method, we require:
- Proof of identity (ID card or passport) for each occupant of the room.
- A security deposit of €100 by credit card only (pre-authorization).
This security deposit is used to:
- Cover unpaid expenses upon departure.
- Your security deposit will automatically be forfeited:
- Failure to comply with the maximum number of people allowed in the room.
- Causing noise pollution.
- Smoking in the room or in the common areas.
- Obstructing or tampering with the smoke detector. If the intervention of our maintenance company is necessary, the actual costs of this operation will be charged to you in full.
- Unreasonably triggering the general alarm. If triggering the alarm results in technical intervention costs and/or customer refunds, you will be charged the full cost.
- Any damage caused within the premises will also be charged to you in full.

Checks are not accepted.
For security reasons, the night staff does not have a cash register. Cash payments are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Responsibilities and complaints: Guests are solely responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please note that the photographs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Any complaints regarding improper execution of the reservation contract must be reported on site, stating your concerns within 24 hours of arrival.
